Prices
At Jewellery By Blidorf, all prices are in Danish kroner and are stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. We take reservations for sold-out items.
Payment
Jewellery By Blidorf accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, Bank Transfer. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Delivery
Jewellery By Blidorf strives to ship orders placed before 5 pm on the same day when the post office is open. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day. Shipping prices start from 45 DKK. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified at the time of ordering. Your items are shipped with Post Nord, GLS, or Tusass.
NOTE: If there is no room at the pick-up location, the package will be moved to the nearest pick-up location, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, please contact customer service. Items are delivered on all weekdays. Your item will be delivered 1-30 business days after ordering.
Special delivery conditions apply to certain items. The terms will be specified specifically before purchasing these items.
Shipping with track and trace is insured and if lost we will take full responsibility
Shipping without track and trace is the costumers own responsibility if package gets lost
Warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Sales of Goods Act. Our warranty
applies to defected products or defects in the materials.
The warranty does not apply to errors or damage caused by improper use of the product.
You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the deficiency with
the item. The item must always be returned in proper packaging
Jewellery By Blidorf will take full responsibility and provide new item or refund for items send with track and trace
Jewellery by Blidorf wants to make it clear that we are not responsible for any shipments without any tracking
Refund
If a refund is required, please provide bank information in the form of a sort code and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk by email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used to fulfill the refund.
Jewellery By Blidorf can not make a refund on lost items if the shipment is without track and trace
Right of Cancellation
A 14-day full return policy is granted on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day:
- When you receive the order.
- When you receive the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in multiple installments.
- When you receive the last batch or the last part in physical possession when it comes to the agreement of the delivery of goods consisting of multiple batches/parts.
- When you receive the first item in physical possession when it comes to the regular delivery of goods over a specific period.
You must bear the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation, you must return the shipment within 14 days at the latest. The notification must be given by email to jewellerybyblidorf@gmail.com. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return of the item and return costs
If you have chosen to cancel your purchase, you must send the item back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You are responsible for the direct costs in connection with the return of the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is securely wrapped. You bear the risk of the item from the time it is delivered.

If we are unable to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Consumer and Competition Authority if the conditions for this are met.

Refunds for canceled purchases
If you regret your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you have paid to us in return. In the case of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have provided documentation that you have returned it.
In-store pickup
On our webshop, it is possible to choose to pick up our products in our store. In this way, it is possible to reserve an item online and then pick it up physically in our store. Since the item is picked up in our store, the same terms apply as when you shop physically in our store.
